Electronic Work Center
The PanaVise 324 Electronic Work Center is a work-holding tool combo designed for use in the assembly and repair of circuit boards. The tool consists of 4 PanaVise components: the Circuit Board Holder Head, Standard Base, Tray Base Mount and Soldering Station. The head has two horizontally adjustable arms that secure circuit boards up to 12" (304.8 mm) wide and 5/32" (4 mm) thick. The arms have "V" shaped grooves that securely hold edges. One of the arms also include a spring lever that allows for fast removal and placement of boards without having to loosen the arms via the knobs. The head also has an independent adjustment knob allowing the circuit boards to tilt to the most convenient angle. Pre-drilled holes, attach the Standard Base to the Tray Base Mount. The Tray Base Mount has 6 part wells with rounded edges to easily grab parts. The Solder Station includes a soldering iron holder, wire holder, nib sponges and mounting hardware. The two nib sponges are shaped to fit into the part wells.
